The tour was well put together, covering the places we wanted to visit, and the timing seemed to work, even though the hours of daylight were very limited.
Having travelled to many places, and taken many tours, my wife and I have learned that the tour guide is the key to the success of the outcome of any trip.
In our case, we considered ourselves very fortunate to have Jon as our guide. After we met, Jon was very clear in explaining the format of the tour, and what we could expect.
His expert narration both at the sites, and during our travel time made for an exciting experience. In addition, we learned many interesting things about Iceland, its history, people, and culture. Always in a good mood, he cheerfully answered all of the questions that came his way.
In closing, I would like to thank you for putting together a wonderful excursion, and to having the wisdom to hire a great guide like Jon, he surely is an asset to your company!
