Pick up: Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure at our log cabin by the Skaftafell National Park Visitors Center

We provide: Crampons and ice-axes along with all necessary ice equipment.

You bring: Warm clothing, rain gear and hiking boots. Climbing boots can be rented

Svínafellsjökull Glacier Tour

Here we have a four hour ice-climbing tour for those at almost any level, whether you are a complete beginner at this interesting sport or a veteran aficionado of ice climbing. The Svínafellsjökull glacier is an ideal playground as it has ice walls of various shapes and heights. As a result it is an excellent spot for either an introduction to the sport or to improve technical proficiency. The spectacular scenery of the surrounding peaks can be enjoyed from a different angle on this tour!

Suitable for all levels as level of challenge is adaptable to each group and individual.
