When filmmakers and photographers want to shoot in the magnificent natural beauty of Iceland and Greenland, they are frequently faced with two main problems: Where and How. For example, if one wants to shoot on a glacier, one of the problems is that they don’t all look the same. Some are snow covered and flat, others are crevassed and icy. And, even when the location has been chosen a second problem arises: How do I safely get a crew and cameras there? IMG has experience in solving the problems of location scouting and getting the crew there safely and efficiently. Our recent experience includes the American TV productions of Global Extreme and The Amazing Race, which were both shot in extreme environments.
