Cross Country Skiing Tours

Cross-Country Skiing, in some people’s opinion, is the perfect way to travel. Cross Country skis (Nordic skis) are lightweight skis that grip snow in one direction and glide in the other allowing you to glide over snow with much less effort than when walking. You'll stay warm in accommodations of tents and huts, and during your expedition, putting up tents, cooking and going to the loo in arctic winter conditions is quite an experience!  For both the Iceland and Greenland Skiing Tours, we drag the bulk of the equipment and rations on pulka-sleds for easier travel.
