Maxime Poncet

Position: Glacier-Guide Hard Ice Level II + Mountain Skills PRO. Maxime also has the French accompagnateur en montagne hiking guide qualifications.

Education: In addition to his guiding qualifications he has a masters degree in math form French. Being French originaly he speeks that language like a native. But Maxime qan also speek English and Icelandic. Maxime has a professional drivers license.

Specialization: During the summer Maxime moves into the Iceladic interior. There he guides mostly french speeking clients on chalenging backpacking tours. During spring he will mostly be guiding cross country ski expeditions in Iceland. The winter is a little more relaxed, when he is most likely to be found guiding Glacier tours on Sólheimajökull.
