Thank you to everyone at Icelandic Mountain Guides for a great trip.  From the start, it was a top notch experience.  Your office staff was very helpful in helping to select the right adventure for me.  And they were very friendly in phone and email correspondence.  The trip was fantastic and Halldor, our guide, was great.  It was the right amount of rigor and gentle trekking.  The scenery was spectacular.  Our guide was fantastic, humorous and mindful of the different comfort levels of people in the group.  In my many years of trekking trips, this is the only time people didn't talk about food, a definite sign of really delicious meals. And it was! For those of you wondering how is it possible to sleep while it's still light out, this is truly not an issue after a full day of walking over lava fields.  The weather was unbelievably good, and I'm willing to give credit to our guide for that.  I will definitely be joining you again next year.
