Íris is a Reykjavík native who has been working for Mountain Guides since 2016; previous to that she worked in a variety of different jobs including a nursing home and a bakery. Outside of work she loves to spend time in nature, walking her dogs and her favourite place in Iceland is Þórsmörk.

Her favourite movie quote comes from the mouth of Luna Lovegood, ‘Don’t worry, you’re just as sane as I am..´ and if she could choose a super power it would be to able to understand and talk to animals.
